THE GREAT OLD ONES
Release Lyric Video For When The Stars Align
The Great Old Ones

THE GREAT OLD ONES are currently painting the glorious horrors and eldritch pleasures contained on their new full-length ‘EOD – A Tale Of Dark Legacy’ into the murky shape of a lyric video directed and produced by Hugo Aribart based on the artwork of Jeff Grimal for the track “When the Stars Align”.
The concept album ‘EOD – A Tale Of Dark Legacy’ has been composed as a sequel to H. P. Lovecraft’s literary masterpiece “The Shadow Over Innsmouth” and is out now!

THE GREAT OLD ONES comment: “We are proud to present our new lyric video for the song ‘When the Stars Align’. The clip is based on the amazing artwork of Jeff Grimal and represents a faithful celebration of Lovecraft’s entities, ancient and unspeakable, who will one day return to the place which they have left. Come and see us live on a journey to the other side of the mirror. Join us in veneration of the true masters of the universe.”

“The Great Ennead” was directed & edited by Bobby Csehak.

In a scene that has become largely repetitive, nostalgia driven, and prone to navel gazing, few bands stand out as breaking new ground. With their second full-length ‘Blood from the Lion’s Mouth’, BARISHI demonstrate that it is still possible to challenge the established formulas of the metal genre by recombining its musical DNA.

There is an undeniable progressive undertone in their modern approach to hard guitar based music, but at the same time, the Americans delve into the darker side of extreme sound that defies the happy fret-fingering all too often employed by their peers. This album will not give away its treasures at a superficial glance but demands to be given time to grow.

BARISHI provide the listener with earth-shattering grooves and savage vocals born in the verdant mountains of Vermont. Prepare to be pounded on and thunderstruck with ecstatic metal from the ancient hills of New England.

WINDSWEPT
Premiere New Song Off Debut Album

Windswept

Conceived by DRUDKH mastermind Roman Sayenko with the aid of two fellow band members, WINDSWEPT are now unveiling the second track taken from their forthcoming debut full-length ‘The Great Cold Steppe’,
which has been slated for release on March 31st.

WINDSWEPT are inspired by the harsh and unforgiving nature of the Eastern winter steppes.

WINDSWEPT is the latest musical brainchild of Roman Sayenko. The DRUDKH mastermind is known to separate ideas that stylistically diverge from his main creative outlet into different projects such as OLD SILVER KEY, PRECAMBRIAN and RATTENFÄNGER among others.

WINDSWEPT remains relatively close to DRUDKH in comparison to other outlets of Sayenko’s inspiration as it stays within the classic expression of Ukrainian black metal. Yet ‘The Great Cold Steppe’ is deliberately kept harsh and raw, which reflects the album’s theme that was inspired by the hostile and fierce Eastern steppes during winter time.
