Australian guitarist, singer and songwriter Nat Allison returns on September 4 with her brand-new single “Think Clearly Now”, a reflective track built around regret, self-control and those moments when you wish you’d stopped to think before saying or doing something you can’t take back.
With a relaxed alt-country feel and Nat’s powerful vocal at its heart, the track delivers a simple but timely message. It was co-written in the USA with legendary songwriter and producer Mike Chapman.
We caught up with Nat to talk about “Think Clearly Now”, her songwriting techniques and her long-time friendship with the Queen of Rock, Suzi Quatro, who returns to Australia later this year.
