Rheinberg, Germany-based Punkrock heroes BETONTOD have released another new song off their new record »Revolution« today. On ‘Welt In Flammen’ the band sings about their point of view on the controversial refugee situation and does not hold back.
Here’s the band’s statement on ‘Welt In Flammen’: “In these time in which more and more people flee from starvation and war it’s important to make ourselves aware that we, as so a so called leading industrial nation, are part of the problem. With ‘Welt In Flammen’ our approach was to view this world and the fleeing from the children’s point view as we are absolutely convinced that the kids are the least accountable for all what’s going on. If you listen to this song you hopefully understand that we also hold the key for all of this. We just need to be ready to actually use it.”
