Australian alt-rock band Vermantics have announced the release of their much anticipated single “Mess,” arriving on November 21.
Consisting of brothers Stefan (vocals/guitar) and Daniel Fedele (bass), and cousin Julian Perrotta (drums), Vermantics formed in 2021 and have now established a trademark artistry founded on expansive melodies and a high energy presence. “Mess” is an anthemic, hook-driven, hard-hitting rock track that explodes with raw energy and emotion. Driven by a relentless guitar riff that never lets up, the song channels pure intensity through explosive drums, distorted bass, and powerful, unfiltered vocals. It captures the chaos of having your mind turned inside out – when someone gets deep under your skin, twists your thoughts, and leaves everything feeling like it’s falling apart.

“Mess” is also about clarity and ownership – realising that the confusion, the pain, and the noise all come from within, and that the only way out is through your own strength. Anthemic, hook-laden, and unapologetically raw, “Mess” hits like a cathartic scream from the middle of the wreckage.
Vermantics run of UK shows in May, earlier this year was a huge success, drawing packed crowds and rave reactions across the country. With momentum building, Vermantics are now gearing up for a massive summer ahead – and an even bigger 2026.
