Australian singer/songwriter and guitarist Joe Matera will release a brand new single ‘Overload’ on September 20th.
The new track was recorded at the famed Sunlight Studios in Stockholm, Sweden during his recent European Tour in April – May, 2019. Legendary Swedish producer Tomas Skogsberg (Backyard Babies, Entombed, The Hellacopters) co-produced the track with Matera. Skogsberg also mixed the track. Matera also achieved a first while at Sunlight Studios; having the honour of becoming the first Australian artist to record there in the studio’s 30+ year history.
The catchy, driving acoustic rock track will speak directly to the heart of anybody who is struggling in their lives feeling different and feeling judged, while coping with what life is like today, when it at times, it just gets too much.
‘Overload’ is released on September 20th via Mercury Fire Music and will be available on all digital outlets and streaming platforms.
