Austin, TX based Rock Band BLACK HEART SAINTS has released the official music video for their cover of the 1986 ROBERT PALMER hit single, “Addicted to Love.”

The song and its accompanying music video mark the third part of what fans are calling the “Misery Quadrilogy.” Best watched back-to-back, the band’s music videos follow the fearsome foursome across a single day — starting from on the road in the Texas Hill Country to the recording studio. Along the way, drug-induced mayhem seemingly stands in the way of the band making it to their gig later that evening.

The video for “Addicted to Love” pays tribute to PALMER’s original video, which famously featured a band of female models. BLACK HEART SAINTS’ version tells the tale of a band experiencing LSD-like flashbacks while in a guitar shop. Watch as a mysterious shop owner transforms into Palmer himself, as the band joins in to create a hard-rocking homage to one of 1986’s biggest hits.

” ‘Addicted to Love’ has been long overdue for a remake. We’re taking some huge risks even attempting this song, and as our fans know, we don’t shy away from the unconventional. ” – BLACK HEART SAINTS

Dangerous & dirty, with a distinct groove steeped in classic rock, yet with a modern edge. Black Heart Saints gives fans exactly what they want – rock god vocals catapulted over explosive, memorable riffs – leaving legions of the rock ‘n’ roll faithful yearning for more.
