Fiesty UK / French hard rock outfit Fire Red Empress are charging back into the scene with their new single ‘Giants’ that will set souls on fire.

Frontwoman Jen means serious business with her juxtaposition of harsh and obliterating growls against the more Paramore-esque softer vocals.

‘Giants’ is sure to put Fire Red Empress at the forefront of 2017’s ones to watch.

Brisbane psych five piece Sacred Shrines follow up their glowing 2016 debut album with a new punchy six track Trail To Find EP and a tri-state tour to celebrate.

The Trail To Find EP is a collection of new songs combined with unreleased favourites. The EP was recorded with Producer/Engineer Dan James, a familiar face in the Sacred Shrines family, with tracks mixed mostly by Michael Badger (King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizzard, Demon Parade).

No strangers to the stage, Sacred Shrines have shared bills with the likes of The Dandy Warhols, Flyying Colours and The Murlocs. They’ll be taking their EP on the road in July, kicking off a tri-state tour at The Foundry on July 8.

Going from strength to strength, unsigned Perth rockers Small Town Heroes have revealed an exciting list of co-writes as they record their debut album in LA with punk rock legends John Feldmann and Blink-182’s Travis Barker.

Earlier this month, the band announced production had begun on their highly anticipated next release, and now Small Town Heroes can confirm Twenty One Pilots’ Josh Dun, Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz, The Living End’s Chris Cheney, Rachael West, Fiona Bevan, Nick Bailey, James Bourne (Busted), and Feldmann have co-written songs for the album.

Small Town Heroes play a homecoming show at Amplifier Bar on Saturday, June 10, with their debut album expected for release later this year.

With a psychedelic sound conjuring imagery of summer and 7” records, Melbourne-via Mullumbimby rock band The Lovely Days are creating a melody-driven soundscape that nods to superheroes like Tame Impala, ELO and Alabama Shakes.

Their EP ‘Arms Wide Open’ (out today!) features the new single ‘Mornington’, mixed by Eric J Dubowsky (Flume, Chet Faker) who has brought forth the lush harmonies and contemporary vibes that are fast becoming the signature of The Lovely Days.

The boys set off around Australia in June to launch the EP with four shows across three states.

As unpredictable as they are ferocious, Melbourne’s Brittle Bones return to the fold with the menacing new single and music video for ‘Come Clean’.

After receiving their debut praise and spins on Tripe J’s Short. Fast. Loud, you can find the video spinning over at Killyourstereo.com.

Nashville, TN based, Hard Rock Band Hogan’s Goat has released the first single, “Shit Kicker,” off of their debut, self-titled album. Due out July 18th, Hogan’s Goat was self-produced, mixed by Alex Gilson and Nathan Zensen at Gold Cassette and mastered by Tommy Dorsey.
