Lazarus Mode ‘The Darkest Sun’ album launch tour; new single & video ‘My Mistakes’

Lazarus Mode

On their upcoming debut album The Darkest Sun, featuring new single My Mistakes, Melbourne’s Lazarus Mode uphold the city’s outstanding tradition of larger-than-life, no-bullshit hard rock. Having spent the last few years earning their stripes as a live band in Australia’s most sacred venues, the four-piece have bunkered down in the studio and come out all guns blazing.

Forming in 2013, Lazarus Mode’s chemistry is apparent in how fluid and tight they play, and their style is a blistering meld of classic and modern. Distilling this into a potent mix, engineer Ermin Hamidovic (PeripheryDevin Townsend ProjectAnimals As Leaders) has captured the size and energy of the band’s live sound for the album.

Following on from their 2014 Ignite EP, Lazarus Mode have progressed to making a much bigger statement with The Darkest Sun, a twelve track offering that reflects a band willing to write for both the stage and the studio. This April and May Lazarus Mode will be touring nationally to indeed show audiences why they’re one of the most promising names in rock today.
