Independent singer-songwriter Hollie Rogers has achieved a remarkable career milestone, securing three Top 10 positions in the Official UK Charts with her acclaimed new album Everything’s Fine, all without the backing of a record label.
The album debuted at #2 Jazz & Blues (narrowly missing out on the top spot only due to an unexpected release from Hollywood A-lister Jeff Goldblum) as well as #4 Breakers and #7 Americana. It also reached #14 Independent Albums, #20 Downloads, #22 CD Albums, #29 Album Sales, and #31 Physical Albums.
For a completely independent artist, competing alongside major-label releases, the achievement represents a significant moment not only in Rogers’ career but also for the growing community of artists forging their own path outside the traditional music industry model.
Everything’s Fine was largely funded by Rogers’ fans, making the chart success a shared triumph between artist and audience.

Reflecting on the achievement, Hollie says “To see Everything’s Fine land three top tens is so surreal and as a fully independent artist with no label or big machine behind me, it honestly means the world. What makes it even more special is that the album was largely fan-funded by people who believed in this record before it even existed. So to know it’s connecting with fans enough that they also made this happen is so wonderful. It really is a shared achievement.
The only thing I’d perhaps do differently next time is to try not to release a Jazz & Blues album in same week as Hollywood legend Jeff Goldblum – but honestly, the Official Charts No.1 trophy will probably slot better into his award cabinet anyway. I don’t currently have a designated trophy zone, so it would have completely ruined the feng shui of my living room.”
The chart success follows widespread critical acclaim for the album, with RnR Magazine calling it “a masterful undertaking” and “compulsive listening” and awarding it 5/5, while Blues Matters Magazine praised it as “an album of real quality” (5/5). Blues in Britain described it as “an album that definitely needs to be listened to,” and Classic Rock hailed the title track as “funny, slinky & soothing,” while also naming Everything’s Fine its Track of the Week. Critics have also highlighted the album’s “compulsive listening” quality, further cementing its reputation as Rogers’ strongest work to date.
Featuring collaborations with acclaimed artists Elles Bailey and Beth Nielsen Chapman, alongside the stunning arrangements of The Budapest Symphony Orchestra, Everything’s Fine is a rich, genre-spanning collection that resists easy categorisation. showcasing Rogers’ versatility both as a songwriter and collaborator.
Speaking about the album, Rogers explains:“Everything’s Fine aims to capture life in all its messy, brilliant, unpredictable moments. Some songs hit hard, some make you smile, and some do both. I wanted to tell stories that feel real and connect emotionally. Basically, life happens and this is the soundtrack.”
With Everything’s Fine, Hollie Rogers delivers her most honest and multidimensional work yet, a record that embraces life’s contradictions and finds humour, healing and hope in the chaos. The album’s chart success is a powerful reminder that independent artists can still make a major impact, proving that authentic music, passionate supporters and creative independence remain a formidable combination.
