There’s a band out of Brisbane that caught our attention around this time last year. That band is SLYTHR, this four piece band may only be young but they have the brightest of futures ahead of them. After seeing them twice in their hometown last year the growth in the band as performers is inspiring and their music has always had a magic to it. The band appearances at Rock Is Not Dead 1 & 2 festivals have had them praised a highlight of the day at both appearances.
The Rockpit caught up with Amy (Vocals), Harry (Guitars), Ben (Drums) and Cade (Bass) to chat about their new single “Peace Of Mind” which is out January 30 and the year that was 2025. SLYTHER have supported These Four Wall, Dead City Ruins, Tailor Made Rejects and are about to ignite the stage with Sisters Doll on February 14 at Vinnies Dive Bar on the Gold Coast. Whatever you do make sure you check out this band. You won’t regret it.
