UNWRITTEN LAW Announce Support For ‘The Hum Tour’

MICKEY AVALON TO BRING MY DICK DOWN UNDER

The law are on tour! Unwritten Law are embarking on a huge 17-date Australian tour with primary support from Mickey Avalon

A rapper from the mean streets of Hollywood who screamed to fame with signature sausage song ‘My Dick’, Avalon uses his past as a sex worker and drug dealer to wax lyrical in his signature glam rap style.

In a treat for Australian audiences, Avalon will be returning for the first time since 2016 with new releases such as ‘Fine Ass’ and ‘Legend$’ as well as his classic hits including ‘Jane Fonda’, ‘So Rich, So Pretty’, and ‘Mr. Right’.

Known for his energetic and frenetic live shows, he’s ready to cause some havoc down under to warm the stage for Unwritten Law.

Avalon will join Unwritten Law on the tour’s dates across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and West Australia, with the Queensland support yet to be announced.

The Hum tour will see Unwritten law return to Australian shores after their longest stint away so far.

“We will be giving you different set lists every night and we’ll be unveiling songs off our newest album, The Hum, some for the first time ever! We’re playing quite a few shows, so we’re gonna make sure there are unique surprises every night. We can’t wait to see you all out there,” said guitarist Chris Lewis.

Hear some of the hits that defined the ’90’s Cali punk scene as well as their new material from The Hum.

Their first album in over a decade, The Hum was produced by Joe Marlett who gained acclaim working with Blink-182 and Queens of the Stone Age.

The record sees a return to form for the veteran punk outfit, exploring themes of truth and beauty, reality and fantasy with a sci-fi twist.  “It almost feels like a new band,” said long-time singer Scott Russo.

Formed in 1989 in Poway, California, Unwritten Law have seen a few transformations in line-up over the years. With the current collective on a 14-year roll,  made up of Scott Russo on vocals and guitar, Wade Youman on drums, Jonny Grill on bass, and Chris Lewis and Scott McLaughlin on guitar and vocals.

Now Australia should prepare to be shown the Cali sky, with tickets on sale now. Get Yours HERE
