The latest single from Sheffield-based punk-fuelled metal outfit While She Sleeps has been revealed as the incendiary ‘Steal The Sun’ and a new music video, directed by Ryan Chang, has been released. The track is taken from the band’s UK Top Ten album, You Are We, and the video, which incorporates a dark narrative alongside live footage, was filmed across Thailand, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong on their recent tour of Asia.
017 has seen While She Sleeps make it their mission to bring the truly heartfelt and socially conscious music of You Are We to far flung corners of the world, as well as across their home country. Shows have included the recent Asian dates and tours in Australia with In Hearts Wake and Crossfaith, Europe and the UK with a tour supporting Trivium and Arch Enemy in North America still to come. While She Sleeps are one of the most dedicated and inspirational bands in the UK and the physical connection between band and fans in person at the gigs they play is paramount.
