With only two days’ notice the rock band +Live+ stepped in as a late replacement headliner for Hogs 4 Hospice in Leamington, Ontario on Saturday, August 1, 2026, when Brent Michaels had to cancel due to a medical emergency.
Delivering a solid performance with staples like “Lightning Crashes” and “I Alone” the transition into the new headliner felt seamless with the audience locked into the performance.
For a crowd that experienced a late change to the festival lineup, the atmosphere was high energy with a positive “feel good” vibe.

Hogs for Hospice is an annual three-day motorcycle rally held at Seacliff Park in Leamington, Ontario. It’s main purpose is to raise funds and awareness for Erie Shores Hospice and local health care. The event has raised over $6 million dollars for the cause.
To mark the 11th anniversary, the Hogs for Hospice rally drew an estimated 1500 bikes for the Tour the Tip ride.
