On July 16th, British metal legends PARADISE LOST will bring an icy breeze of gothic doom over this summer by releasing the captivating testimony of last year’s streaming event “At The Mill”. Captured at The Mill Nightclub near the band’s hometown in Yorkshire, England, the recording of the BluRay was directed by Ash Pears, who previously worked with the band on their music videos for ‘Medusa’ and ‘Obsidian’. Mixed by Les Smith and mastered by Jaime Gomez Arellano, the show will be available in various formats including CD, Blu-Ray and different vinyl colours.

Today, the band unveils another appetizer for the release with a live performance of their evergreen ‘One Second’ that you can watch here: https://youtu.be/wF0gZNoeIeE

While we’re all eager to get back to concerts and festivals, singer Nick Holmes looks back on the previous year and comments: “I wish the lockdown had just been for One Second, unfortunately it’s been over a year.”

San Diego deathcore pioneers, CARNIFEX, have released a music video for their new single, “Pray For Peace”. Directed and edited by: Jim Louvau & Tony Aguilera, the video can be seen here: https://youtu.be/bCBXsV0VotI

CARNIFEX comments, “With each song we release, our goal is to take you further into the abyss, further from reality. ‘Pray For Peace’ is no exception. A nihilist’s anthem with blasts, bounce, and breakdowns to keep you pitting! See you on the road!’

Last week, the enchanted three – AURI – announced their new album, set to be released on September 3rd via Nuclear Blast. Today,  the band unleashes their first single and video for the track  “Pearl Diving” , which takes us on a beautiful journey of sounds and voices and taps directly into emotions.

Check out the video here: https://youtu.be/jiD_YdKCYTk

Troy Donockley comments on the song as follows: “No lifebelts needed.  Where is the sea and where is the boat but more importantly, what is ‘The Pearl’? How deep do we dive to find it? How was it made and how old is it? Shapeshifters and the whispering seagulls of the 12 note scale will tell us. Aweigh anchor, Away!”

A flickering red light glows in the darkness evoking images of a spooky lighthouse in the roaring sea – quite a suitable comparison for avantgarde black metal outlet CELESTE who continue their rise to one of the most promising extreme metal acts with their latest move:

Leading metal label NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS welcomes the band as newest member of the worldwide family and is proud to announce the signing of a worldwide deal with CELESTE. Celebrating this new unholy union, CELESTE reveal a new video for their song ‘Comme Des Amants En Reflet’. Watch it here: https://youtu.be/t_1b7jpf2xo

The band states: “We’re thrilled to announce that we’re now part of Nuclear Blast family. We want to thank them for the way they warmly welcomed us. We’re stoked to work with such a friendly and professional team. Times havve been rough recently, but it strenghtened us to work on our 6th album. We’re just coming back from the mixing sessions. Prepare yourself for some new material soon.”
