Australia’s leading international independent record label, Golden Robot Records continues to grow at an unprecedented pace.

The label is absolutely thrilled to announce that UK powerhouse rock trio rock RavenEye are now part of their ever-growing international roster!

RavenEye recently signed a global deal with Golden Robot Records which will see their highly anticipated second full length album released worldwide in 2019 via Golden Robot Records’ partners in the U.S., Europe and Japan.

RavenEye founder guitarist and vocalist Oli Brown says ‘[W]e’re very grateful to sign with and now become a part of the Golden Robot family. It’s very important to be with a label that cares about the band and honours our musical vision. GRR is putting everything into making this next record the best one yet for us. It’s exciting times for RavenEye we’ve written so many songs to prepare for this record and now we have a label and the means to create it without any compromise.’

Mark Alexander-Erber Group Founder and President says of signing RavenEye ‘rock is back, well it never went away really, and we at Golden Robot Records have been watching RavenEye from the start. They have all the ingredients of a brilliant rock band but stand above the pack with their attitude, ethic and of course, their killer songs! We couldnt be prouder of having the boys join the family and are looking forward to helping them take over the world!

By 2014, a then 25 year old Oli Brown had already released four solo albums and toured the world for a decade with such players as Jeff Beck, Buddy Guy, Johnny Winter, Joe Satriani and others. Classic Rock Magazine described him as ‘one of the best and brightest guitar heroes in the world today.’

Channelling those skills and praise into a fully-fledged band, Oli, along with Aussie born bassist Aaron Spiers formed RavenEye and have been slamming audiences with their signature heavy riffs and high energy live show all over Europe ever since along with drummer Adam Breeze.

With nods to influences such as Led Zeppelin, Soundgarden and QOTSA, RavenEye punch out big riffs, even bigger harmonies and the world has taken notice. Releasing the Breaking Out EP digitally in 2015, quickly followed by their debut album, Nova, in 2016 they received universal praise from the global rock press and made a solid impact on US Active Rock Radio.

The band’s two releases and a non-stop touring ethos have established RavenEye as a powerful force in British rock and saw them secure major support tours around the world including opening for Slash w/ Myles Kennedy, The Darkness and Joe Satriani in the US, Aerosmith, Slash w/ Myles Kennedy, Bush, Halestorm, Blues Pills and Deep Purple across Europe as well as Kiss on their 2017 European arena tour.

RavenEye have also headlined their own tours across Europe and America as well as performing at major international festivals such as Download (UK, France & Spain) Reading and Leeds fests in the UK, Rock Am Ring and RockAm Park in Germany, Hellfest in France, Azkena Rock Festival in Spain, Rock For People in the Czech Republic, Isla Del Blues festival in Spain, QStock Festival in Finland and, Louder Than Life and Aftershock Festivals in the US and Maximus Festival in Brazil and Argentina.

RavenEye are currently recording the follow up to Nova in the Welsh countryside and are gearing up for a massive 2019 which will see their Golden Robot Records debut and a tonne of touring!

Their incendiary live show and compelling tunes have captivated crowds the world over and put them on the map as a ‘must see live’ band. Fans won’t have to wait too long to see them as the band are making their second appearance on Shiprocked in January 2019 and have just confirmed a full UK headline tour for February/March which will be announced soon. Extensive US and European tours and festivals are currently being scheduled for the rest of 2019.
