The Ruminaters release video for ‘How Can I’

The Ruminators

After a huge 2016 with 25+ dates in Europe and the UK, a highly talked about Big Sound showcase and the release  ‘I Used To Hate The Ruminaters, Now I Like Them’ , The Ruminaters have showed no signs of slowing down exploding into 2017 with an east coast tour and releasing the kooky as f%$k super 8 clip for ‘HOW CAN I’.

Directed by James Marcus Haney who has previously worked with the likes of Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, Cold Play Mumford and Sons and Jay Z.  ‘How Can I’ diverges from the band’s usual direction, illustrating a softer, slower and dreamier sound. The film clip mirrors this newfound style with an equally magical visual impression. The Super 8 aesthetic and androgynous characters create an ethereal experience, which draws us into the wild and wonderful world of The Ruminaters.

The Ruminaters spent early 2017 in freezing cold London town at the renowned RAK Studios recording their much anticipated Sophomore album due to be released in 2017. The iconic studio has previously been hosted the likes of David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Michael Jackson, Radiohead and The Arctic Monkeys and served as home for the lads during the sessions.

With the way 2017 has kicked off, it seems that this definitely is the year of The Ruminaters!
