Dan Cribb’s Punk Rock ‘Simpsons’ Tribute Continues With New Single

Dan Cribb

Perth punk rocker Dan Cribb has released another single in his year-long tribute to The Simpsons, compiling the seven songs from season four musical Oh, Streetcar! into a whirlwind two minutes.

The 1992 classic sees Marge Simpsons, Ned Flanders, Apu Nahasapeemapetilon and more in a musical version of Tennessee Williams’ play A Streetcar Named Desire – the likes of which Cribb has reworked with fellow WA muso Scott Connor.

Connor plays lead guitar and sings in Dan Cribb & The Isolated, and is currently helping pen a follow-up to 2015’s As We Drift Apart LP.

Cribb’s rendition of Oh, Streetcar! is the fifth single released so far from Worst Tribute Ever, following on from last month’s cover with Luca Brasi frontman Tyler Richardson and previous efforts with Grenadier’s Jesse Coulter, Alex Lahey and more, all available for free download via Bandcamp.
