After a whirlwind 2026 that has further cemented their status as one of Australia’s biggest bands, Spacey Jane today announce that their Friday 27 November show at Brisbane’s Riverstage has officially sold out, with demand continuing to build ahead of this summer’s Heading Back Down Under Australian Tour. Tickets remain available for the first Brisbane date on Thursday 26 November, kicking off the band’s biggest Australian tour to date.
The news arrives after a huge run overseas for the Perth four-piece, who recently wrapped an extensive North American tour including festival appearances at Bonnaroo, Governors Ball and Chicago’s iconic Lollapalooza, where, in true rock’n’roll fashion, the band’s much-hyped set was cut short after just four songs when a massive storm swept through the festival grounds. Back home, frontman Caleb Harper also recently appeared on ABC TV’s Spicks & Specks.
With the band’s first Perth show also sold out (Saturday 12 December; tickets for the second and final date on Sunday 13 December are available now) and Brisbane’s second night also gone, plus additional tickets released for the Sydney Opera House Forecourt shows, the tour follows the recent release of Spacey Jane’s latest EP, Exit Wounds, led by recent single ‘I Never See Her’. It’s yet another glimpse into the songwriting evolution that has made Spacey Jane one of our most beloved bands.
Over the last two years, Spacey Jane have evolved from indie favourites into one of Australia’s defining live acts. Their acclaimed third album If That Makes Sense debuted at #2 on the ARIA Albums Chart, earned nominations for Best Rock Album and Best Video, and helped make the group triple j’s most-played artist of 2025, with five tracks landing in the Hottest 100.
Now, they’re bringing it all back home.
Kicking off with two huge nights at Brisbane’s Riverstage on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November, the tour rolls into Melbourne the following week for back to back shows at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 December. Adelaide fans can catch the band at The Drive on Sunday 6 December, before they take over the Sydney Opera House steps*. The run wraps with a triumphant two night hometown finale at Perth’s ICF OUTDOOR on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 December. Joining Spacey Jane nationally are special guests Telenova and Armlock.
