If you are someone who loves guitar driven music specifically instrumentals, Nita is it guitarist that you must see. It seems odd saying something like this because by now you would think everyone knows who she is. But I think she’s still a somewhat well-kept secret. Especially with her solo material.

For those of you that don’t know who she is, she is one of the guitar players in Alice Cooper’s band. She has been for many years and is taking this time in between tours to do a solo tour of her own. The song that she performed that stood out the most to me was the “Lion Among Wolves”. She did do two covers one was an Alice Cooper song “Feed My Frankenstein” and the other was a Queen cover “The Show Must Go On”. overall it was a well-balanced set that any guitar lover would enjoy.

A few of the things that make her special aside from playing with Alice Cooper is her ability to put together songs with a very melodic structure. The Melody seems to stay with you. She’s also quite the performer. Very energetic and very crowd friendly. She thanked everybody for spending their Thursday evening with the band which as someone who attends a lot of concerts, I always appreciate the sentiment that the band is aware that people have spent their hard earned money and have chosen to come see the show.

If you haven’t seen her yet check her out, I think you’ll enjoy it. If you miss this tour, you can probably catch her on the next Alice Cooper tour. She’s worth the price of admission and very talented.
