Captives

Captives‘ “Over The Rainbow” record drops Friday 30th March 2018, but today rock fans are getting a few special treats – an explosive video for their single ‘Paint it in Blue‘ (the track is also live in Spotify and triple j Unearthed to endlessly stream!) and Pre-Orders for the album are live right now in iTunes and all good digital music stores. All information about digital pre-orders and physical pre-order bundles is available at captives.com.au.

The rapscallions from Tasmania are heading out on a 4 date joint tour with fellow Australian rock legends & mates Born Lion in Feb/March 2018. The more-than-exciting tour takes in Melbourne (23rd February, Bendigo Hotel), Adelaide (24th February, Ed Castle), Brisbane (2nd March, Flamin’ Galah) and Sydney (3rd March, Chippendale Hotel) and celebrates new music from both bands. Tickets are on sale now at celebratethelie.com and captives.com.au.

Captives have enjoyed rotation play on triple j and triple j unearthed (they were one of the top 50 most played artists on triple j unearthed in 2014!), some love on Triple M, and have supported the likes of Cog, The Damned, Pulled Apart By Horses, Grenadiers, Born Lion and Shihad, as well as toured their own hectic, raucous shows and tours.

“Over the Rainbow” will be released into the world on Friday March 30 via Inertia Distribution and is available to pre-order in iTunes and Digital Outlets from today. Purchasers will get Single “Paint it in Blue” as the grat track with the pre-order and it is live on Spotify from February 9th to stream.
