WE ARE THE FALLEN ANNOUNCE SPECIAL CIRQUE DES DAMNÉS SHOW

FREE LOS ANGELES SHOW ON JANUARY 22nd AT AVALON THEATER

Tickets Available For Free At The Door

January 18, 2011 - Los Angeles, CA - We Are The Fallen will be putting on a show this coming Saturday in Los Angeles unlike anything that anyone has witnessed before.

Ben Moody explains: ""This Saturday at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood, California at 7:00 p.m., I'm producing a circus called Cirque Des Damnés, which translates into 'Circus Of The Damned,' and it's just that.  It's going to be a carnival-style event thrown into the unpredictability of a rock and roll show - bigger than we've ever done before.  There are going to be aerial acts and old-school freakshow freaks, there's going to be a burlesque show and a woman is going to swallow a very big balloon and then bring it back up.  I can't promise this is a family-friendly show, but what I can promise you is that you will never see anything quite like tonight.  So if there was ever a time you were going to travel for a show this would be the one – this is the one that will make your drive worth the Carpool, bring some friends, we're going to be giving stuff away, it's gonna be amazing."

The show will be filmed and a DVD release is being planned in the near future.

The quintet is comprised of former members of multi-platinum band Evanescence, guitarists Ben Moody and John LeCompt along with drummer Rocky Gray, joined by breakout American Idol finalist Carly Smithson on vocals.  Acclaimed bassist Marty O’Brien (Disturbed and Static-X, among others) rounds out the line-up of this power combo.

The band’s debut album, Tear The World Down released last summer, debuted at #33 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart.
