The perennial-favorite workshops given by many of the artists appearing on the bill begin at 10 a.m. daily on Saturday, August 11th and Sunday, August 12th in Village Square, and live music begins on the Guitar Town Main Stage at Noon each day – an all-acoustic lineup on August 11th and an all-electric lineup on August 12th.  Fun kids’ music activities will also be a part of the Guitar Town festivities.  See these amazing pickers in action at Guitar Town 2012!:

L.A. fingerstylist Scott Goldman’s will once again emcee the weekend’s performances and perform a festival-opening set.

The annual Guitar Town ArtGuitar Auction will benefit MusicCares this year.  Guitar Town's ArtGuitars will be on display at Guitar Center in Denver, who is once again sponsoring the ArtGuitar Silent Auction.  Artists from around the community and around the state have designed, decorated, painted and created art from damaged guitars.  All proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the Copper Environmental Foundation.  To see past ArtGuitars:  http://bit.ly/MHiRes
