SINNER SINNERS XI REVIEW 2014

SINNER SINNERS - XI

CADAVRA RECORDS

APRIL 21 2014

There’s a big buzz at the moment around Sinner Sinners dark Punk-fuelled aggressive rock. To be honest it’s both a liberating and interesting sound, marrying as it does everything from Goth to Punk to alternative 80’s influences and even a feel for The Doors and other bands with that sense of the atmospheric. Above all though it’s the punk heart that shines through above all else especially on songs like ‘Relax’ which is one of our picks along with more straightforward rockers like ‘Modern Man’.

If you like your rock to have a certain aggression to it along with a real honesty and grime then Sinner Sinners music is something that you really don’t hear too often these days – a band that makes a noise that feels unfettered by genre or sense of time and place.

If only all bands had this spirit the world of modern music would be a far richer and more exciting place.
