THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HELL AND HOME

2013

AND THE ANSWER IS...

When I first heard this album I mistakenly heard the second line of the first song lyric as ‘Darth Vader was always there’ I was mistaken of course, and it took my mind off thinking that the singer was singing a different song to that which the band was playing. If Hardcore isn’t your bag then this won’t be an album for you as this is undiminished fire and brimstone Hardcore. For those that picked up the first outing, this is pretty much more of the same with some refinement.

If the dark deep brutal riffs don’t get you then the intensely angry-sounding vocals will certainly unnerve you and that is the point entirely. Counterparts won’t break any new ground for you, and they certainly get straight to the point (all one word song titles here) but what they do they do particularly well.

We love the intensity as a whole but songs like ‘Slave’ take the madness to the highest level.  If you love it brutal, stop by this one.
