Together since 2008, The Domnicks have hit high gear with a new double A side (see my SINGLE OF THE WEEK review HERE) and a forthcoming album in "Super Real".

The Domnicks are Dom Mariani (The Stems, The DM3, The Someloves), Nick Sheppard (The Cortinas, The Clash), Howie Shawcross (Dave Warner's From The Suburbs, The Elks) and Marz Frisina (The Chevelles, New Egyptian Kings).

I met Nick at Milk Cafe in Maylands last week to discuss the single and how the band got together, as well as delve a little into his past with The Cortinas and The Clash.

"Super Real" will be officially launched live at Mojo's in North Fremantle on Saturday 22nd September, with support from The Floors, Custom Royal and DJ Charlie Bucket. Tickets from Heatseeker.
