The EONIAN records guys have done it again - WANTED is another unearthed treasure from the hairy late eighties for your delectation.

WANTED terrorized the Indianapolis scene in 1989 & 1990, delivering powerhouse performances and the seven tracks recorded live in 1990, although not the best quality recordings, easily attest to their onstage abilities and energy.

Two of the best tracks here were recorded on Geffen's dime (Gunners affiliates Vicky Hamilton and Tom Zutaut were courting the band for a major label signing at the time) in 1990 and on the strength of these it's just incredible the band weren't signed and at the very least elevated to the status of a Steelheart or a Black n' Blue, two bands they have some slight sonic resemblance to.

Mostly it's a Skid Row/early Crue vibe with a pinch of Van Halen - check out 'Blue Jean Baby' and 'Be Still My Heart' to see how good these guys really could be.
