After reuniting with original vocalist Terry Brock after a gap of two decades Strangeways stormed the last day at Firefest 2010.

After a tantalising intro of "We're Back" they burst into opening track "Love Lies Dying" from the classic 'Walk In The Fire' album and it's obvious from the start that his amazing voice is as good as ever.

Mixing classic tracks along with tracks from reunion album 'Perfect World' they demonstrate why they are one of the best melodic rock bands ever to come from these shores. The sound is excellent and the playing all through is fantastic. By the sounds of this show, they were easily one of the stand out acts of the festival, with the crowd really showing their love towards the band.

With a band in fine form, this makes for one hell of a live album. The new tracks fit in perfectly well with the classics especially the brilliant "Time" which is a fantastic slow burner of a track that really showcases Brock's vocals. The sumptuous " Borderline" follows and things are near perfection.

This a fantastic set-list, and excellently paced. The set closer is the epic "Bushfires": an absolute epic of a track. This is the best live album i've heard for a long time. An absolute must.
