‘Relentless is Our Strength’ is the new cd from Overhate a thrash/metal who are a progressive rock band from Venezuela South America. What you get with this release is a full on powerhouse of an album with some fine moments to sink your teeth in to. If you like your music hard fast and ear splitting then this cd is a must for you. Each track just seems to assault the senses.

The track ‘Figure4 Of Deception’ emphasises just what thrash metal is all about, this just rolls along at such a fast pace you will be trying to catch your breath half way through. ‘Holiday In Wasteland’ has that apocalyptic sound with Joseph Ortiz drums sounding like heavy artillery fire, this is a great song and the best on the cd and is also a fine example of how this style of music should be played.
‘No Change Today’ is the first single to be released from the cd and is a good show piece to what this band is all about.
　
　　
　
　
Overhate on the whole are a band for the future and have obviously been laying firm ground on the music scene in South America for the last eight years and now its time to hit the mainstream market with a polished cd that should be played very loud indeed, if you like bands like Slayer, Megadeth, Exodus, Kreator, Soil, then this is your kind of band.
