What we have here, my friends, is blitzkrieg rockabilly of the finest order in all its horror-movie obsessed, belligerant, twanging glory.

Raucous opener ‘Ain’t Nothing For You Here’ could be Brian Setzer on a speedball rampage after being up for six days, ‘Lick My Boots’ has burlesque siren Tobi Lea Gogo playing the role of S&M Nancy Sinatra to great effect, and ‘Zombie Elvis Lives’ has a rollicking good time evoking the spirit of the King of Rock n Roll walking with the dead.

Messrs Reader, Merrey and Johnston have put together a fine self-titled EP here which is bound to appeal to hard rockabilly fans everywhere, and that bodes very well for future releases from The Blazin’ Entrails.
